At UP Mineral Mart we are committed towards ensuring that disputes between suppliers and consumers are settled amicably by way of dispute resolution mechanisms and procedures.

Supplier expressly agrees that issuing the correct and complete invoice is the sole and primary responsibility of the Supplier. Furthermore, Supplier shall ensure that invoices state "Powered by UP Mineral Mart".

As a registered supplier, you are allowed to add and update minerals for sale on the Portal in accordance with the Policies which are incorporated by way of reference in this Terms of Use. You must be legally able to sell the minerals; you have to add and update the rate for sale on our Portal. All updated minerals must be kept in stock for successful fulfilment of the order.

Listed minerals may include text descriptions, graphics and pictures that describe the type or categories of minerals. The minerals description must not be misled and must describe actual quality with size of the minerals. If mineral description does not match the actual size & quality, you agree to refund the amount that you may have received from the consumer.
